The Details

You're good at what you do. You know that. But somewhere along the way, work became about managing perceptions, reading the room, and shrinking parts of yourself to fit a mold you didn't design. You're successful on paper but something feels off and you can't quite name it.

Coaching gives you the space to name it. We figure out what you actually want, strip away the noise, and build a version of your career that doesn't require you to abandon who you are every morning at 9am.

Everything changes when you stop performing

You're in great company. But it doesn't have to be that way!

  • Confidence doesn't come easy, especially when the stakes are high
  • You have big goals—but no clear roadmap to get there
  • It’s hard to move forward when you’re stuck in place or pulled in too many directions
  • Burnout and overwhelm have become your baseline, and it’s wearing you down
  • You’re driven—but your inner critic is driving harder
  • Feedback is confusing, triggering, or tough to translate into action
  • Your career feels like it’s happening to you, not for you
  • Support has always felt just out of reach—and you’re ready for that to change

If you...

Yes and no.   You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. In fact, part of the coaching process is uncovering what really matters to you. But it helps to have a sense of where in your life you’d like to feel more fulfilled, aligned, or empowered.

Not sure where to begin? That’s a great first step.

From there, you’ll come to each session with a topic, challenge, or curiosity to explore. And the more you bring to the process, the more clarity and growth you’ll experience in return.

Do I need to have a specific problem to work on with a coach?

During our 60 minute coaching session, we will explore a topic of your choice either on the phone or virtually.  This could be a problem you want to solve, a part of your life where you feel stuck, or a general feeling that is bogging you down.  I will offer non-judgmental, compassionate guidance for you to explore and understand what you truly want.  Together, we will co-create strategies and solutions that optimize your life.

In a coaching session, you will be in the drivers seat the entire time.  You do not need to explore, discuss or sign up for anything that does not serve you.  You can trust me to be the expert in the coaching process, and I trust you to be the expert in your life.

What can I expect from the coaching session?

Coaching, therapy, and consulting each serve a unique purpose in personal and professional growth. Therapy focuses on healing, diving deep into past experiences to process emotions, resolve trauma, and improve mental well-being. Consulting provides expert advice and solutions, offering a clear roadmap based on specialized knowledge.

Coaching, on the other hand, is about forward momentum. It helps you gain clarity, break through obstacles, and take intentional action toward your goals. In coaching, we may explore the past briefly to understand patterns, but we won’t stay there for long—we’re here to focus on what’s next and how you can step into your full potential with confidence and purpose.

How is coaching different from therapy?

Coaching is more than just a conversation—it's a guided process that helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.

It’s focused on self-discovery, personal empowerment, and authentic action. Through coaching, you’ll set meaningful goals, explore what’s holding you back, and develop strategies to create lasting change in your life and work.

What is coaching?

Frequently Asked Questions

Coaching is about empowerment, not instruction. Instead of telling you what to do, I will help you uncover your own answers, strengths, and solutions. This approach builds self-trust, confidence, and long-term growth, rather than dependence on external guidance.

At times, I may offer perspective, stories and research relevant to the topic at hand - but only if this is what you want.  From there, we will always bring it back to you.  What resonates with you?  What feels true to you?  What, if anything, would you like to do with the new information?

You are in the lead at all times.

Will you give me advice?

I already have a coach through work.  Do I need another one?

With an outside coach, you receive unbiased guidance that isn’t tied to a company agenda—just support for what you truly want. It also provides a safe space to explore challenges openly, without workplace dynamics influencing the conversation. Unlike corporate coaching, which is often tied to job performance, independent coaching takes a holistic approach, considering your career, relationships, mindset, and overall well-being.

Beyond that, working with your own coach allows for deeper self-discovery, helping you define success on your own terms—not just in your job, but in your entire life. It’s about creating lasting, meaningful change and empowering you to step fully into your potential.
